Once on scene I noticed the front door on apartment [REDACTED] was open. I knew who lived at this apartment due to frequent calls to this address. I walked to the door and started yelling for Ms. Dixon, who lives at this address. I could hear her, but it was very faint. I made my way to the backyard of the residence where I found Ms. Dixon naked covered in what appeared to be mud. When I asked Ms. Dixon what she was doing she stated, “I am playing in the mud”.I placed Ms. Dixon under arrest at that point in time due to her matching the description the caller gave Walker 911. While walking Ms. Dixon to my vehicle she stated she wanted to kill herself. It would appear that Ms. Dixon was under the influence of an unknown drug. I then advised the Walker County Jail to have a suicide suit ready due to Dixon wanting to harm herself.While at the back of the residence I noticed Ms. Dixon also was messing with her electrical box on the apartment and appeared to have broken it. Pictures of the electrical box will be attached as well.I transported Ms. Dixon to the Walker County Jail without incident, and she was turned over to them.Ms. Dixon is being charged with OCGA 16-6-8 Public Indecency due to the caller being able to see Ms. Dixon from the road way naked.[End of Narrative].
