Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that Mr. Cooks did this out of angry because she told him he needed to leave her residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that they got into her vehicle and Mr. Cooks sat in the rear seat behind her and held his handgun against her head. She advised that Mr. Cooks told her to take him to his mother’s residence in Chatsworth Georgia.After dropping him off at the residence Ms. [VICTIM #1] returned home. Ms. [VICTIM #1] requested to have the incident documented by the agency for potential assistance in the matter.
