Warren stalled by stating she wanted to show me videos of the staff being mean.At this point, based on Warren being on private property with permission revoked, in an intoxicated manner and being loud, boisterous, and disorderly, I placed Warren under arrest (double locked and checked for proper spacing).incident to arrest, no contraband was located on her person. I transported Warren to the Whitfield County Jail where upon arrival, I secured my service pistol in the lock boxes provided.Warren and her property were turned over to the booking staff without incident. While there, I completed a warrantless arrest form 0018 charging Warren with violation of O.C.G.A. 16-11-41 Public drunkenness and violation of O.C.G.A. 16-11-39 Disorderly conduct. A copy was provided to the booking staff.Prior to leaving the jail, I retrieved my service pistol and ed my back seat with no contraband being located.At this time, this case is closed due to Warren’s arrest.[End of Narrative].
