Discretion is advised.]On 08/12/2025, deputies answered a call at GA Hwy 169 and Sunset Boulevard. The call was inference to a road rage incident. Before deputies arrived, both vehicles left the intersection on Sunset towered Jesup. I encountered the vehicles (following each other) at GA Hwy 27 and Sunset. I activated my emergency lights and sirens, conducting a traffic stop on Bay Acres Road.Once both vehicles stopped, I was joined by others deputies. I first spoke with the driver of the first car, Ms. Janice Jackson while SGT. Kenn spoke with the diver of the second car, [VICTIM #1]. Ms. Jackson reported the second car had been following and harassing her and at one point called then a racial slur. She stated the harassment began on Beechwood Drive. Her statements corroborated by the passenger in the car, MS.Kennedi Hines. Ms. Hines presented a cell phone video showing the second car following them.I next spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. She stated the whole incident began because Ms. Jackson ran a stop sign and almost hit her. She further started Ms. Jackson and Ms. Hines tried to start a fight at the intersection of Spring Grove and GA 169 by throwing a cup of ice at her car. Ms. [WITNESS #1] a passenger in the car corroborated Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s statements. Ms. [VICTIM #1] further stated she had a cell phone video that corroborated her statements. As I viewed the video. It did support most Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s statements, but it also showed Ms. [VICTIM #1] driving aggressively. At one point cutting off/ attempting to prevent Ms. Jacksons car from turning left onto Spring Grove from Cowboy Road.After comparing notes with SGT Kenn and other deputies on scene. I issued all parities a variable warring for aggressive driving and advised a report of the incident would be completed and filed. I further advised Ms. [VICTIM #1] of the warrant and magistrate process.After leaving the scene, SGT Kenn located a video on Ms. Hines Facebook page. The video in question taken by Ms. Hines during the incident, presented she and Ms. Jackson in a different light. The video showed the two women used racial slurs and tried provoke a fight during the incident. Warrants for disorderly conduct against Ms. Hines and Ms. Jackson will be sought and secured.[End of Narrative].
