Ms. [REDACTED] stated that she spoke with a student, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [VICTIM ] ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/2009), about a concern he had at . I was briefed on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stating that another male subject has been harassing him via telephone, and social media. I advised that I would speak with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and help him.I ed the Mother of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [WITNESS ], via telephone, and asked if it were okay for me to talk with her son. She stated that a neighbor of theirs has been bothering [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and that it was okay to speak with him. She stated that she and her husband spoke with the subject, Quarmaz Johnson, yesterday and told him to leave [REDACTED BY AGENCY] alone. I explained that I would prepare a police report, and how to apply for a restraining order if she felt it was needed.I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and asked him what was going on. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that in 2023, he was kicked out of his house. He stated that Quarmaz befriended him, and bought him clothes, and shoes. He stated the two of them were friends, until recently when Quarmaz started telling people that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was gay. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Quarmaz is trying to talk to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] friends, and telling lies about him. He stated that he has also shown up at track practice, and watched him. He stated that he did not want Quarmaz around him anymore, or to make with him. He stated that Quarmaz lives two or three apartments down from him, in either apartment [REDACTED] or [REDACTED]. He stated that sometimes, Quarmaz is out in his yard, and watches [REDACTED BY AGENCY] get off of the bus. I informed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that I would have an officer waiting at the bus stop today, to make sure he felt safe.
