Kitchen responded to a burglary report at [100 BLOCK] E. Fambrough St; Apt [REDACTED]. Upon my arrival I made with the complainant and victim [VICTIM ], [VICTIM ] stated that approx. around 1317 hours two unknown male subject had entered the residence and stolen his newly purchased Century Arms Micro Draco. I obtained the serial number (S/N 23PMD-5471) and other information from the gun box that [VICTIM ] provided to me as to list it on GCIC.I then entered the residence where the Draco was stolen from, [VICTIM ] advised that no forced entry was made into the residence when the subjects entered, [VICTIM ] stated that the Draco was inside of a backpack that was inside the bathroom closet. He told me that he was in the kitchen of the residence when his sister [WITNESS ] was in the living room area, he stated that she told him that the two subjects needed to use the restroom and she let them in. [VICTIM ] said he was confused by this and exited the kitchen into the living room area, [VICTIM ] stated that he observed a male subject in exiting the bathroom with his Draco in his possession. [VICTIM ] then stated that the male subject had then pointed the Draco at him before exiting the residence, [VICTIM ] advised that the male subjects went to the left out of the residence towards the back of the apartment complex. I asked [VICTIM ] where his sister was and he advised he was unsure of where she had went, [VICTIM ] did advised while I was on scene that he would like to press charges on the subjects.While I was on scene [VICTIM ]’ sister arrived back at the location, I then began to speak with her. I obtained her I.D and identified her as [WITNESS ]. I began to ask her about the incident that occurred with the Draco, She advised that the incident had occurred around 1200 hours. She advised that a subject named “Zae” came over to the residence sometime around 1130 hours to hang out with [WITNESS ]’s boyfriend a [REDACTED] subject, she advised that [REDACTED] was already “long gone” from the residence when the Zae subject showed up. She advised the Zae told her that he just needed to wait for his ride at the residence and she let him inside the residence, she stated while I was on scene that if she had known that [VICTIM ]’ firearm was inside the bathroom and not locked up in a bedroom that she would not have let Zae inside the residence.[WITNESS ] provided that there possibly might have been some issues between Zae and [VICTIM ] due to Zae hearing that [VICTIM ] was talking about Zae. [WITNESS ] stated that Zae had obtained the firearm from the bathroom and pointed it at [VICTIM ] prior to leaving the residence, she provided that he was wearing a tan jacket and pants. [WITNESS ] had not advised of a second subject being on location but when I asked about a second subject she provided that the subject was wearing camo coveralls. [WITNESS ] advised that the subjects had left towards the back of the apartment complex towards the path in the woods.[VICTIM ]’ Draco was listed on GCIC as stolen, possible camera footage on apartments located at [100 BLOCK] E. Fambrough St. No other information was able to be provided to me while I was on scene.[End of Narrative].
