When I arrived on scene I spoke to Leslie Williams, who advised me she attempted to discipline her juvenile grandson. She advised that the juvenile became aggressive and she attempted to discipline him with a broom.While on scene I spoke to the child’s mother [REDACTED] advised me that she recorded the incident that took place. The video showed Mrs. Leslie holding the juvenile down she was asking why did he hit her like that, later in the video its shows the juvenile strike Mrs. Leslie in the face or head area to which Leslie pushed the juvenile onto the couch and began to choke the juvenile with the broom stick. Mrs. Leslie Williams was ultimately arrested for battery family violence as well as cruelty to children.
