Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she and her boyfriend, Frederick Gibson, were in an argument while traveling on Highway 358 when Mr. Gibson demanded she stop the vehicle. Ms. [VICTIM #1] did stop and during the argument on the side of the highway Mr. Gibson placed a box cutter to Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s neck. Mr. Gibson took Ms. [VICTIM #1]s purse along with her vehicle and left her on the side of the highway.Ms. [VICTIM #1]s vehicle was entered in GCIC as stolen.[End of Narrative].
