Discretion is advised.]On 5-17-25, While patrolling the area of Hwy 280 while checking businesses, I observed a small crowd gathered at the entrance of Kerrigan’s after closing time.Upon getting out of my patrol unit, a drunk female was passed out, but was being cared for by the surrounding customers and staff. One female, Identified later as Miss. Williford, was cussing and being belligerent toward the others caring for her “friend”, all while holding an open container of alcohol. The offender was warned several times by myself and bar staff to call a sober driver to get her from the bar parking lot, which was met with attitude toward anyone speaking to her. After the Kerrigan’s staff assisted the female that had passed out for a short time, placing her in the passenger seat of her vehicle to get cooled down.The sober diver for the offender arrived, and the offender sat in the vehicle. The offender wanted the female she was ” friends with to leave with her, but the friend refused to go with her because she didn’t know her well enough. The offender exited the vehicle that picked her up and was instructed several times to quit yelling at the staff and get into the vehicle, but refused. As I advised since she could not comply and she was being disorderly, she was being placed under arrest. The female was handcuffed, placed into my patrol unit, and transported to TCDC for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.The female was turned over to TCDC staff for booking and processing for the charges.[End of Narrative].
