Discretion is advised.]On 10/15/2024 at approximately 1040hrs, I responded in a non emergency mode to 109 E Taylor St, which is located within the City of Griffin Spalding County Georgia, to a report of Public indecency.I arrived on scene where I made contact with code enforcement who was identified as White, Douglas (badge #3312). He advised while he was sitting at Hill and Taylor st he saw a woman with her pants down defecating on the side of a building in the alley. He advised that she was partially nude and was leaning on the side of the building in the alley. Code Enforcment showed me the location and the pile of defecation that was on scene. Photographs were taken of the defecationI made cantact with the Offender who was identified as Hamilton, Patricia. I spoke with Hamilton and she advised that she did defecate on the side of the building. Hamilton was searched, placed in handcuffs behind their back, which were checked for proper fit, and double locked. Hamilton was then placed in the rear of unit 4028 and the backseat was checked before and after transport. Hamilton was then transported to Spalding County Jail for processing.I have taken warrants for Public Indecency O.C.G.A 16-6-8[End of Narrative].
