On 11/13/2024
at approximately 2116 hours, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] N Hill St Apt [REDACTED] in zone 5 in regards to a domestic call. I responded in non emergency mode.
Upon arrival, I met with a male identified as [WITNESS ]. [WITNESS ] stated he and his ex boyfriend were verbally arguing because his ex was drunk and refused to leave his apartment. The ex boyfriend identified as Searcy, James did appear intoxicated by the sluring of his words and appeared unsteady on his feet while reeking of an alcoholic beverage. Both [WITNESS ] and Searcy stated Searcy did not live at the residence. Searcy initially agreed to leave; however, [WITNESS ] stated he wanted him trespassed from the apartment. After I explained the trespass warning to both parties, Searcy appeared to become highly emotional and agitated. Searcy started to cry then he proceeded to raise his voice and use vulgar language stating that I was a “fuking pig”. Searcy signed the trespass warning then gathered his belongings and appeared to leave the premises. At approximately 2156 hours, [WITNESS ] placed another call to dispatch stating Searcy was outside the premise. Upon further investigation of the area, I witnessed Searcy crouched down behind the tire of a vehicle. Upon confrontation, Searcy stated it was [WITNESS ]’s vehicle while he unsteadily stood up and continued to slur his words. Searcy was advised he was placed under arrest and securely placed in handcuffs which were then double locked. Searcy was placed into the back of the patrol vehicle. When I ran the tag through dispatch, I learned the truck belonged to [WITNESS ]. was made with [WITNESS ] to inform him of the situation. During this time, Searcy was loudly banging on the patrol vehicle window causing a disturbance in the conversation with [WITNESS ]. Searcy was informed to stop banging on the window in which he continued. Searcy then began to use obscene, vulgar language by calling me a “fuking cnt”, a “fuking pig”, and a “fuking btch”.
Searcy was transported to Spalding County Jail using the most direct route.
