[WITNESS #1] advised that Gabriel was mad because [VICTIM #1] went out with a friend. [WITNESS #1] stated that Gabriel took [VICTIM #1]’s phone and left, but shortly returned and choked her and then left again after realizing [WITNESS #1] was on the phone with 911.I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who advised that she went out with some friends for a while and when she was dropped off Gabriel was standing in the yard. [VICTIM #1] advised that she went to bed and he came in yelling about 2 males in a vehicle following the car she was in when she was dropped off. [VICTIM #1] stated that Gabriel took her phone and walked out of the bedroom. [VICTIM #1] added that Gabriel came back into the bedroom yelling about her talking to other men and then choked her and dragged her out of the bed. [VICTIM #1] then advised that her 9 year old was in the floor and her 14 month old was in the bed with her. [VICTIM #1] stated that Gabriel let her go and went towards [WITNESS #1] but realized she called 911 and left. [VICTIM #1] stated that Gabriel left prior to our arrival in a black Chrysler Aspen with tag#[REDACTED].[WITNESS #1] provided a witness statement of the incident.
