Stelzer responded to [3000 BLOCK] Miller Bottom Rd NE in Loganville, Ga for a Stabbing.Upon my arrival I made with the victim [VICTIM ] who was approaching myself and Dep. Adams holding his abdomen. It was immediately visible that Mr. [VICTIM ] had a large laceration from his upper abdomen going all the way across his abdomen down to the side of his hip. After being seated while EMS was in route, He began to explain what happened, stating that himself and his girlfriend [WITNESS ] were lying in bed naked watching a movie. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated there was a knock at the door. When he opened the door while getting dressed, Breon Segree asked Mr. [VICTIM ] to step outside and talk. Mr. [VICTIM ] advised three (3) brief sentences were exchanged before Breon Segree punched him in the face. Mr. [VICTIM ] said both parties ended up on the ground during the physical altercation and after standing up he realized he was cut across the abdomen. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated Mr. Segree fled the scene prior to our arrival and he wanted to press charges for the assault.While speaking with the witness [WITNESS ] she was extremely reluctant to provide any information explaining her account to the incident. She said she had to protect her family and didn’t want to snitch on her father because she believes the assault was justified. After being informed that it is unlawful to withhold information relative to an active investigation she explained that herself and her boyfriend [VICTIM ] were lying in bed when someone aggressively knocked on the door to the point that it alarmed her. She stated that when Mr. [VICTIM ] got up to open the door her stepfather (Breon Segree) barged in yelling at Mr. [VICTIM ] to step outside and next thing she knew Her boyfriend walked back into the house with the large laceration across the stomach.Ms. [WITNESS ] further stated that she had no idea her father was coming to the house, and that he brought the entire immediate family (her younger siblings and mother) to the scene with him but they stayed in the vehicle while the altercation occurred.Photographs were uploaded to Axon capture.The victim and witness provided written statement.Warrants were issued for the aggravated assault.[End of Narrative].
