Discretion is advised.]I Deputy Bachand (323) was dispatched to 2700 Peach Orchard Rd on 102123 in reference to aggravated assault.Upon my arrival I spoke with VICTIM . He stated he was in Tabresa Wills (arrestee) car with her and her cousin Montrakoyo Bradley (suspect). He stated he had a verbal argument with Montrakoyo. He stated during the argument Montrakoyo grabbed the inside of his mouth. He stated the inside of his mouth was scratched. He stated he and Montrakoyo exited the vehicle still in a verbal argument. He stated when Montrakoyo exited the vehicle he had a brown pistol in his right hand. He stated he was walking backwards away from Montrakoyo. He stated Montrakoyo fired one shot at him. He stated Tabresa told Montrakoyo to get in the car and they left the scene. He stated they had gone back to Tabresa” address.I did observe the scratch on the inside of [VICTIM ]’s right cheek. There was a casing and what appeared to be a piece of a projectile between the gas pumps and the store. There is what appeared to be a projectile strike mark on the building close to the roof. While on a follow up with investigators they spoke with REDACTED Tabresa’s mother.[End of Narrative].
