On 051025 at 1040 hours I Dep Tiffany Justice responded to Britts Lane near Starnes St in reference to an aggravated assault with a firearm. Upon my arrival I located [VICTIM #1] with a gunshot wound to his right upper thigh.
[VICTIM #1] first stated that he did not know who shot him and he did not see anyone. [VICTIM #1] was transported to AUMC by Central EMS. Investigator Bale responded to the scene and after speaking with [VICTIM #1] it was found that [VICTIM #1]s live in girlfriend Juliette Moli was the suspect that shot [VICTIM #1] in their residence at [1700 BLOCK] Jenkins St. Investigation turned over to CID.
