Discretion is advised.]On 110924 at 0115 hours I Deputy Phillips responded to 1120 15th St room P1 in reference to an Infant not breathing.Upon arrival I spoke with the Complainant [WITNESS ] who stated that she was at her’s brother’s house ( Deieon Wood) with Deieon’s child ,[REDACTED BY AGENCY], the child’s mother, [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ]. [WITNESS ] said [WITNESS ] received a call saying Deieon left their vehicle at 2508 Tobacco Rd and he had left on foot intoxicated and they needed to come get the vehicle.[WITNESS ] said she then stayed with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] left to go get the vehicle. [WITNESS ] said several minuets later, Deieon arrived and was very intoxicated. [WITNESS ] said Deieon kicked her out for unknown reasons, and as she waiting out side she could her Deieon attempting to calm [REDACTED BY AGENCY] down as he was crying. Deieon then came outside stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not breathing. [WITNESS ] then Called [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] who then came back.
