On November 9th 2024
, I Deputy M. Cole(222) was dispatched to [2800 BLOCK] Thomas Ln. Augusta Ga. 30906 in reference to a Suspicious situation.
Upon my arrival, I made with WITNESS who stated that she needed to make a report in regards to some text messages. [WITNESS ] stated that a day prior her daughter REDACTED BY AGENCY told her she had something to tell her. When [WITNESS ] asked what it was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed her that she had received texts from her friend REDACTED BY AGENCY talking about sexual intercourse between her and her father Hewitt, Chad(other) [WITNESS ] allowed me to view the texts between her daughter and [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
The texts discussed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Chad being intimate to include sexual intercourse and oral intercourse.
I ed CID. Investigators responded to the scene and took over the scene.
