Discretion is advised.]On 10/20/2024at approximately 02:11 hrs, Deputy Hardip Singh and I, Deputy Steven Dozier were dispatched to [1300 BLOCK] Marks Church Rd Unit [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic incident.Upon arrival, Deputy Singh made with Caidance Butcher (Suspect) and observed blood on her arm. I arrived to the scene, and she told me that she cuts herself with a razor, and then showed me the razor.Central EMS responded to the scene to check Butcher; she voluntarily agreed to go to the hospital and was transported to Doctor’s Hospital by ambulance.Mateo Reyes (Arrested), Butcher’s fiance, was inside the apartment along with REDACTED BY AGENCY and REDACTED BY AGENCY, Butcher and Mateo Reyes’ children. Reyes had initially identified himself as Riccardo Hanez.On observation of the apartment, trash was seen discarded on the floor. Several diapers, with feces, were seen littered on the floor. Used tampons were observed on the floor in the main bedroom. The mattress, that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was laying on in the living room, was dirty and stained. Discarded food was seen on the floor in the apartment. There was dirt in the kitchen and underneath the fridge. The food pantry was filled with trash. The main bedroom had numerous dead bugs on the floor and near the window. The toilet and shower were dirty. The bottom of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] feet were extremely dirty.Deputy Singh ed DFCS, to which they arrived on scene. DFCS Agent [REDACTED] then took custody of the children and ed REDACTED, the mother of Butcher, who arrived on scene.
