Moneypenny #717 and I responded to the area of [100 BLOCK] Mills Cir in reference to a Suspicious Person.Ofc. Moneypenny stated that he spoke with the Complainant at the above listed address, [VICTIM #1], who stated that an unknown male subject came to her front door around 0200 hours this date and began banging on it begging for help. She stated that she did not open the door and did not see the subject, but told him through the door that she would call 911 for him.While Ofc. Moneypenny spoke with her I decided to drive down Mills Cir to check the area for anyone walking. While doing so, I noticed the dome light inside of a Silver 2021 Kia Sportage (GA Tag #[REDACTED]) that was parked in front of [100 BLOCK] Mills Cir was on with a white males head visible in the Driver’s Seat.I stopped my vehicle and got out to investigate, and while approaching the Vehicle a white female, later identified as resident [VICTIM #2], opened the front door and yelled something to the effect of “He’s in my fu*king car and he’s naked!”. I asked her if she knew who the male was and she stated that she did not.I drew my Taser as I approached the Driver side of the Vehicle and took the male, identified as Kirby Boatwright, into custody. He was completely naked. He had audible and visible bruxism and extremely dilated pupils. He stated that he had consumed a gram of crystal methamphetamine and became paranoid and was looking for help.[VICTIM #2] stated that nothing appeared to be missing or broken in or on her vehicle and confirmed that she had left it unlocked prior to this incident. I did notice that some change from a large change cup in the center console appeared to have been taken out and strewn on the driver’s seat.Boatwright was incredibly intoxicated and needed to be clothed, Ofc. Moneypenny found two pairs of his pants and a pair if his boots on the property of [100 BLOCK] Mills Cir where he had apparently undressed in the yard during his Meth induced midnight bafoonery. I had him bring the clothes to our location and I put a pair of pants on Boatwright to cover his exposed genitalia.I spoke with [VICTIM #2] further and she stated that Boatwright had knocked on her door just before my arrival in the same manner as what occurred at [100 BLOCK] Mills Cir begging for help. She stated that when she opened her door she observed Boatwright completely nude sitting outside her door before closing the door.I contacted Det. Sgt Griffis and advised him of the situation to inquire if he wanted entering auto charged. He stated to charge Criminal Trespass instead. Boatwright was then transported to the Byron Police Department where he was processed and charged with the following:-Two Counts of Criminal Trespass, one for trespassing on each Property.-Two Counts of Public Intoxication for his intoxicated actions on each Property.-Two Counts of Loitering, one for his actions on each Property.-One Count of Public Indecency for being completely nude and confirmed visible at [100 BLOCK] Mills Cir.He was then transported to the Peach County LEC for holding.Later this date, Ofc. Moore #705 stated that he responded to [100 BLOCK] Mills Cir and met with Resident [VICTIM #3]. [VICTIM #3] advised that he checked his “Ring Camera” this date and observed video footage of Boatwright on his property around the same time as the above incidents completely nude and begging for help. He stated that Boatwright could be observed at one point picking up some Christmas String Lights that he ([VICTIM #3]) had outside before flossing his An*s with them and making them unusable.I will be adding two more counts of Criminal Trespass (One for trespassing and one for damaging the christmas lights valued at less than $500) and one more count of Public Intoxication, Public Indecency and Loitering to Boatwright’s charges for this.[End of Narrative].
