around 20:25 I responded to a runaway child at the Dallas Market located on West memorial drive along with Capt. Selleck. Upon my arrival I met with several employees who stated a white male child had run into the parking lot and was recovered by a adult male who was running after him. The employees directed to me to [300 BLOCK] West Griffin Street where the male was seen returning with the child.
