On 07/1/24 at approximately 1627 hours I Deputy Magness was dispatched to the intersection of Kingdom Hall Rd and Old Federal Rd S in reference to a hit and run.
[VICTIM ] stated that he was heading West on Kingdom Hall Rd when a black Toyota Camry pulled out of Galilee Baptist Church and struck his vehicle. The Toyota Camry continued down Kingdom Hall Rd and stopped at [100 BLOCK] Kingdom Hall Rd.
Tesla Long stated that she was not driving but a witness stated that they saw her driving the vehicle. Ms. Long was placed in handcuffs,the handcuffs were checked for fit, double locked and Ms. Long was placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle.
Ms. Long was transported to the jail and turned over to jail staff without incident.
