On 09/10/2024
at 1610, I Deputy Weaver responded to the Murray County Sheriffs Office to speak with [VICTIM ] about her son Stephen Craig using her check book without her permission and taking out cash from her bank account.
When arriving I spoke with [VICTIM ] and she said that Stephen has used her check book 10 times to take out money. She said he has been getting them cashed at a gas station on Tibbs Bridge Road. The total amount that was taken was $2,415.00 and done in different amounts each time. She also said that the signatures on the checks are not hers and that he is also on probation.
[VICTIM ] was gave a case report card to seek a copy of this report for her bank and the copies of the checks that the bank gave her was submitted into evidence.
