On 08/26/2024
at 0754 am, I Deputy Weaver responded to [90 BLOCK] Evergreen road due to a physical domestic in progress.
When arriving on scene I made with William Ross and detained him and he was then placed in the rear of my patrol car while I spoke with Rachael Ross. Rachael stated they was just arguing and nothing physical took place. I then spoke with William after reading him Miranda Warning. William said they was just arguing and nothing happened but some arguing.
I then spoke with [WITNESS ] and she said she was leaving her house and while pulling away she heard both of them arguing and when passing there trailer she seen a male grab Rachael by the neck and push her back into the car and close fist punch her in the face. She said that Rachael then yelled at William “now you have witnesses”. She said Rachael then got up and started to walk into the house and asked Rachael if she was okay and Rachael replied “we are moving out”. [WITNESS ] said that her mom was on drugs when she was younger and acted just like how they was. [WITNESS ] then said that William then made a aggressive movement towards her that put herself in fear of her life. [WITNESS ] also had her child in the back seat of her car. That is when she left the area and called 911.
Rachael did not have any physical markings on her but her and William did both admit that they was arguing outside.
Rachael and William was both placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct (42-1) due to there arguing causing a disturbance in the area to which it was heard multiple dwellings away to the point it brought concern to other persons in the area.
