On July 1, 2024
at 8:40 PM Corporal Vannoy and I, Deputy Dillard were dispatched to [40 BLOCK] Oakland Circle in reference to a domestic dispute.
[VICTIM ] stated that Marcelino Bautista Perez had been drinking when she came . She stated that they started arguing about him drinking and he hit her on the arm. There were two scratch on her right arm from the wrist to the middle of her arm.
Marcelino stated that they were arguing and that [VICTIM ] was mental. Marcelino was asked to put his hands behind his back and he was handcuffed and placed in the back seat of my vehicle. He was then transported to the Murray County Detention Center without incident and will be charge with disorderly conduct.
Due to a language barrier information was difficult to get.
