On July 20, 2024
at 6:37 PM Sergeant Hill, K9 Deputy Garren, Deputy Harrison and I, Deputy Dillard were dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Bowen Rd N in reference to a disturbance possible fight in progress.
As I arrived on scene [REDACTED] started walking in the direction of my vehicle, threw his hands up and stated are you tried to hit me. He then came to my drive side window and started yelling at me to get off his property that I was not need. I got out of my vehicle and that is when Jayce Hogwood stated that I was a “pig as bich”. I looked at him, turned around and started walking back to where Sergeant Hill’s vehicle was. Sergeant Hill was talking to [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stated that this was his place and he ran things here. He stated that the situation was handled and the problem people were told to leave.
[REDACTED] stated that everything was good and that he would take care of any problems. As I was turning to go to my vehicle Jayce stated to Sergeant Hill “what are you looking at”. Sergeant Hill advised [REDACTED] that that needed to stop it or he was going to jail. [REDACTED] stated that he would handled it.
I walked to my vehicle and was sitting in the driver’s seat when I saw Jayce up near the house flexing his muscles mulitple times. That is when sergeant Hill stated to go get him and take him to jail. Jayce was placed in handcuffs and was walked to the back of my vehicle and place in the backseat. He was transported to the Murray County Detention Center without incident. He is being charged with disorderly conduct. (M09224072)
