Shortly after the caller then advised the vehicle was leaving and the caller followed traveling north on Holly Creek Cool Springs road turning left onto Tom Terry and then shortly after turning right onto Holly Creek Dr. The caller stayed across the road from Holly Creek Dr watching for the vehicle to leave and waiting on LE. E8 Ensley met with the caller and I Sgt. Amos arrived in the area and went through the neighborhood attempting to locate the truck. Later I located the vehicle at [100 BLOCK] Holly Creek Dr. As I went to get out of my patrol car the truck began to back up and then back to park and a female exited the drivers side later identified as Crystal Waters. A trooper was already in the area attempting to assist in locating the BOLO truck. I requested them to respond to the address and assist the stop.GSP Trooper Cpl. administer HGN and read Ms. Waters implied consent where she responded with only obscene gestures (f*** you) to the trooper. Trooper advised she was under arrest. I successfully cuffed Ms. Waters after a period of speaking with her and her father doing the same. Cuffs were double locked and placed in front. I retrieved her shoes, phone and vape upon her request from her father who took them from the truck. Trooper handed off his citations and als form to me where I then transported Ms. Waters and the paperwork to the Murray County Sheriff’s Office without incident.[End of Narrative].
