Dispatch advised that Harden needed to get some belongings out of a vehicle. Officer Ives waited on scene until Harden retrieved his items then left the area.Harden then began calling dispatch on the 911 line demanding that the police department transport him to Chattanooga, TN. Dispatch contacted me by phone and advised that Harden keeps calling and cussing them out when they tell him we can’t take him to that location. Later I was advised by dispatch that Harden had called 911 six times requesting a ride.At 21:35, Morgan County Deputy #830 Thomas Wesley advised that Harden was standing in the road near Circle K screaming at him to get him to stop. Harden again was trying to get a ride to Chattanooga.At 23:59, Dispatch advised that [WITNESS #1], an employee of Circle K called and advised that Harden was in the parking lot screaming and cussing at the customers as they were walking in and out of the store. I arrived on scene and immediately placed Harden in handcuffs and placed him in my patrol car. I then went to speak with [WITNESS #1] who advised that Harden was cussing and screaming at customers. [WITNESS #1] advised that Harden was also punching the store windows prior to my arrival.I advised Harden that he was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and interference with a business.
