Discretion is advised.][NARRATIVE #1 on April 30, 2025]On 04.30.2025 at approximately 8:04 pm., I was dispatched to Enterprise, 1462 Eatonton Rd. Suite A Madison, GA 30650 in reference to a suspicious person. Morgan County Dispatch advised the caller stated there was a light skin black male completely naked behind Enterprise near a black SUV.Upon my arrival, Sgt. Stubbs had already made contact with the individual, later identified as Deaundre Andrews behind Enterprise near a black Dodge Durango. Andrews did not have any clothing on at this time. While speaking with Andrews, it was determined his vehicle (GA Tag [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) was parked in the woods behind 1450 Eatonton Rd. Madison, GA 30650. Sgt. Stubbs retreated to the vehicle to obtain Andrews’ clothing. Andrews was then placed into handcuffs in front, double locked, and checked for fit. Andrews was advised he was being placed under arrest for Public Indecency. Andrews was transported to the Morgan County Detention Center where he was released to jail staff.Andrews did give permission to tow his vehicle from the scene. Maurice Towing towed the vehicle.A warrant will be obtained for Andrews for Public Indecency.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #2 on April 30, 2025]On 04/30/2025 at approximately 1945 hours, PD units were dispatched to the area of 1462 Eatonton Rd at Enterprise Rentals in reference to a male subject standing in the parking lot naked.Upon my arrival in the area, I observed a male subject who was later identifed as Deaundre Andrews standing on the north side of Enterprise Rental with no clothes on. I utilized the building to conceal my approach, because the complainant stated that Andrews had already fled out of sight twice upon seeing her.As I rounded the corner of the building, I observed Andrews standing near a vehicle. Andrews was still naked and wore a blue latex glove on his right hand. Being aware of the possibility that Andrews would attempt to flee, pointed my Taser at Andrews and began giving him verbal commands to get on the ground. Andrews initially failed to comply and opened the rear door of the vehicle and attempted to get inside of it. Andrews was again ordered onto the ground and began urinating on himself. Andrews did comply with my orders at that time and sat on the ground.After speaking with Andrews, I learned that he had parked his vehicle through the woods behind an adjacent building. Andrews also stated that all of his clothes were inside the truck. I then located the truck and retrieved Andrews’ pants, keys, and wallet and returned those items to him.Andrews was then secured in handcuffs and transported to MCSO DC by Ofc. E.
