On 11/7/2024
at approximately 1225., I (Officer Wallace 855) responded as a secondary Officer to the Lobby Office at 500 Cabiness Rd in reference to a verbal altercation between two black females.
Upon arrival, I spoke with a black female by the name Wilson, Marilyn. She stated that she was driving her vehicle up to the mailbox located at the front of the Forsyth Gardens Apartments from her apartment [REDACTED]. She then stated while making her way to the mailbox, she came into with two other black females by the names [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ]. Mrs. Wilson then stated that she asked Mrs. [WITNESS ] if their was anything that the two females needed to talk to her about, to which Mrs. [WITNESS ] stated no. Mrs. Wilson then stated that at this time her and Mrs. [WITNESS ] both went to the Managers office to tell him what was going on. Mrs. [WITNESS ] and Mrs. Wilson then continued to argue and this is when Mr. [REDACTED] called the Police.
I then spoke to Mrs. [WITNESS ] about what happened as well. She stated that her and Mrs. [WITNESS ] were walking to her apartment when Mrs. Wilson pulled her vehicle up next to them and began making . Mrs. [WITNESS ] and Mrs. [WITNESS ] then began walking back to the Managers Office to avoid Mrs. Wilson. However, Mrs. [WITNESS ] then stated that this is when Mrs. Wilson parked her vehicle and began shouting at Mrs. [WITNESS ] and Mrs. [WITNESS ], while also throwing her hands into their faces. Mrs. [WITNESS ] then stated that during this verbal altercation the Police arrived and handled the scene.
I then determined that Mrs. Wilson was the primary aggressor after watching the office cameras and initiated an arrested. Mrs. Wilson was charged with Disorderly Conduct and then transported to the Monroe County Jail by Officer Cody, where she was then turned over to the jail personnel.
