She claimed that Donovan had bitten her and choked her, causing her to lose consciousness.I then spoke to Donovan Nwankwa. Donovan explained that he was hanging out with a friend when [VICTIM ] began calling his phone. On his way , he noticed his sedan on Washington Road and started to follow the vehicle back to his residence. When he arrived , he saw [VICTIM ] driving the car, and they got into a verbal argument. According to Donovan, [VICTIM ] then got into his vehicle, pulled down her pants, and urinated inside the car. He went to remove her from the vehicle, which led to a physical altercation.While speaking with [VICTIM ], I observed bite marks on her right wrist and scratches around her neck.After reviewing the video recorded by Donovan, I saw [VICTIM ] pull down her pants and urinate in his vehicle. The video also showed Donovan approaching the car and opening the door, at which point the phone fell to the ground; nothing further was visible.Donovan was transported to the Law Enforcement Center and booked on charges of aggravated battery and battery.[End of Narrative].
