It was notified to responding Law Enforcement that the female aggressor had struck the victim with a stick and was now going after the kids. Emergency equipment was utilized to expedite response time. Multiple Juveniles were present for this incident.Upon my arrival, I met VICTIM who I observed had an injured left ear with blood on it. I also noted that [VICTIM ] had two knots, approximately 3 inches apart from one another, that was later informed to me was received by being hit by the offender. With how the knots were positioned in relation to one another, it appeared that [VICTIM ] would have had to been struck twice. I had Madison County 911 dispatch Madison County Emergency Medical Services to check on [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] informed me his mother struck him the head with a stick in front of his children. I noted the three children in the car where all 3 were crying and shaking.I then made with Toni McGuyer Boatwright (Offender) who made the statement that he [VICTIM ] was blowing this whole thing out of proportion. She then wanted to let me know about his criminal history and that she was telling him to get off her property. I later learned that [VICTIM ] had been permitted to stay here for 4 months where he was staying in a ‘Cabin’ where he had property stored. Toni stated that she had been telling [VICTIM ] to get off her property and she didn’t like that he was ‘dragging his a*s’. She then stated that she picked up a stick and began hitting his car. During this, she stated that [VICTIM ] came over to stop her doing this when she struck him on the head with the stick. Toni claimed that [VICTIM ] prior to this had charged her where he shoved her on the ground twice and ripped her shirt after she threw her birthday cake at his car. Toni stated that her husband [WITNESS ] came out after this. [WITNESS ] told me he came out after the physical incident where he saw her on the ground. He did not claim to see [VICTIM ] push her. I observed red marks on both arms of Toni where it appeared that she had been grabbed. In my training and experience, in the location where these marks were, I noted them as defensive marks as if she had been held so she wouldn’t be able to strike [VICTIM ]. Toni later added that she had swung at [VICTIM ] when he charged her. I also noted that Toni had small cuts on her knuckles to which she claimed occurred when she was pushed down.I then made with [VICTIM ] who informed this incident started over a plumbing issue. Toni came out to the cabin where [VICTIM ] was with his kids and started striking the door, yelling and cussing him in front of the kids, claimed she grabbed a tool bag and threw it out in the yard, was hitting him with the same stick to get him to move quicker and was ordering him to leave. [VICTIM ] claimed that when Toni took her birthday cake to throw it at his car, she turned and stumbled over. He attempted to grab her to stop her from following but grabbed a part of her shirt and ripped it. [VICTIM ] stated that [WITNESS ] came out at this time. Toni then stood up and started hitting his car with the stick. I observed the car where I noted little nicks/dirt imprints on the car but nothing substantial. [VICTIM ] also informed me that Toni opened the driver’s door and was striking things in the car, informing me that his automatic window rolling mechanism had broken. With permission of [VICTIM ] I then spoke to the Juveniles [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ]. During this questioning, these Juveniles were very distraught but were aware enough to answer questions with reasonable responses. [WITNESS ] informed me that [VICTIM ] and Toni got into a verbal argument. Then Toni began banging on the Cabin door where he then jumped ahead to where Toni threw the cake onto the car. [WITNESS ] then informed me that he did not see [VICTIM ] put hands on Toni and stated that he saw Toni hit [VICTIM ] in the head with a stick. When speaking to [WITNESS ], she informed me that Toni was banging on the cabin door and started a verbal argument with [VICTIM ]. [WITNESS ] then stated that she saw Toni hit [VICTIM ] in the ear with the stick and that it started bleeding. [WITNESS ] also stated she saw Toni break a pair of glasses of [VICTIM ] which Toni later admitted to grabbing off [VICTIM ]s head and breaking out of anger. Both Juveniles stated that Toni was striking things in the driver side area of the car which is where I suspect that small injuries to the knuckles of Toni.[VICTIM ] was able to provide me the glasses, a pair of MAUI JIM glasses, which were clearly broken as well at the hat that was on his head that was stained with blood at this point. [VICTIM ] informed me that Toni was the one that broke them. I observed the stick that was used against [VICTIM ] where I observed blood stained into the stick. Pictures of the property damage, the weapon used in the crime and injuries sustained by [VICTIM ] were taken on my cellphone app axon capture. I had [VICTIM ] reenact on camera the incident with him getting struck by Toni. [VICTIM ] stated as Toni was striking his car, he came to the back to intervene in her damaging his property. Upon getting to the back of the car where she was striking it, she turned her attention on him and struck him. With the information I obtained from parties on scene, I determined that Toni was the predominant aggressor in this dispute and that probable cause was established. I then placed Toni under arrest with double locked, checked for fit handcuffs behind her back. I informed he that she could be charged further if she had brought anything into the Jail that she shouldn’t have to which she informed me that she had medications that were prescribed to her. I then transported Toni to the Madison County Detention Center where she was left with on duty staff without incident. The stick was secured by myself where it was placed into evidence at the Sheriff’s Office with a completed inventory receipt. Pictures were uploaded to evidence.com. The mother of the children, [REDACTED] was requested to the scene to take possession of the Children.I was later notified by Jail staff that multiple pills, including Gabapentin and Hydrocodone, were located inside a plastic bag with multiple other non-controlled substances inside Toni’s purse. A picture of this bag was taken. Due to be informed prior about Toni’s medical history, I will not be charging her with passing guard lines nor possession of a controlled substance. On Sunday February 9th 2025I, Deputy Betts presented 6 arrest warrant affidavits for Aggravated Assault FVA, Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree X3, Criminal Trespass and Drugs not in original container to the Madison County Magistrate court for Chief Magistrate Judge David Patton’s approval.I went back into service.[End of Narrative].
