Holt #124 was running stationary RADAR on Ga 7 at Five Points Road. When a Black in color Motorcyle was clocked at 85 Miles Per Hour headed North bound. I activated my Blue lights and Sirens and caught up to the Bike they slowed down to 65Mph but continued riding on after approximately another Mile they slowed down to 22Mph and started driving in the emergency lane on the ride side of the road continued approximately another Mile and finally stopped. The Biked Tag [REDACTED] had an expired registration.I advised the male Subject to turn the bike off and step off the Bike. He kept reaching towards his vest pockets I told him to put his hands up and keep them up. He reached down a couple more times then Deputy Hightower #128 arrived onscene and I had him search Mr. Jason Toomey who stated he had a Firearm and Marijuana on him. Dep. Hightower handed the firearm Black in color handgun Taurus G3c Serial #AEC158477 to me and I placed it on my vehicle. Dep. Hightower started pulling out small baggies and loose (Joints) Marijuana cigarettes out of random vest pockets. I asked Mr. Toomey how much he had to drink he stated a few earlier.I Placed Mr. Toomey in Handcuffs and detained him. He stated he had about 1.7 Ounces of Marijuana on him. I then pulled out a plastic container out of his inner left vest pocket that contained most of the Marijuana. After emptying out his pockets I read Implied Consent for blood which he refused. His Handcuffs were fit checked and double locked. Dep. Hightower Cleared and ran the firearm through dispatch and it was clean.Dep. Hightower then Placed Mr. Toomey in his patrol vehicle #4406 for transport. He gather all items he could take with Mr. Toomey to the jail and transported Him to the Lamar County Detention Center without incident. The bike had been very recently wrecked with scratch marks and dirt and grass all down the ride side of it. The Motorcycle was removed by Franks automotive. Mr. Toomey was turned over to jail Staff warrants pending. Evidence (Marijuana and Firearm) was logged and dropped into evidence. The Marijuana weighed approximately 2.07 Ounces or 58.6 Grams.[End of Narrative].
