Deputies detained that male and placed him in the back seat of my patrol vehicle. Speaking to Ms. [VICTIM #1] she stated that he had been drinking and destroyed several doorways in the home. She stated that Mr. Tolley had test drove her car earlier in the day, and when he was out he had picked up some beer and she has no idea how he got money for it. Mr. Tolley admitted to drinking but says he didn’t do anything to anybody I transported Mr. Tolley to the Lamar County Detention Center.[End of Narrative].
