[WITNESS #1] stated that [WITNESS #2] told her that the juvenile above has been sneaking out of the house late night to have sexual relations with adults. [WITNESS #1] stated she was told that one of the adult’s first name was Donnie, unknown last name. [WITNESS #1] said [WITNESS #2] also informed her that the adults are providing illegal drugs to the juvenile as well. According to [WITNESS #1] [WITNESS #2] has temporary custody of the juvenile. [WITNESS #1] also provided [WITNESS #2] phone number ([REDACTED]).Several attempts were made to make contact with [WITNESS #2] but no contact was made per Dispatch.[End of Narrative].
