On 08/04/2024
at 0831 hrs. I, Ofc. K. Houck, was dispatched to 800 Elberta Rd. (OM Food Mart) in reference to an unwanted person. The clerk advised there was someone on the property drinking wine outside. Upon arrival at the scene, I made with Beatrice Releford. This was the third incident involving Ms. Releford this date (see case numbers 2024
-09181 and 09183). Ms. Releford was previously advised not to return to the property. Not only did she return to the property, she entered the store, took the bottle of wine I previously made her leave, and exited. She sat outside on the property and was drinking the wine.
The clerk did not want to press charges for the shoplifting and criminal trespass. However, due to the number of disturbances and disorderly conduct from Ms. Releford and her loitering on the property she was previously given a lawful order not to return, she was placed into custody. I will be seeking warrants for Disorderly Conduct and Loitering the next available date.
