On 07/30/2024
at 2034 hours I, Ofc. Hawkins and Ofc. Lowery were dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to indecent exposure. Upon arriving on scene we made with [VICTIM ].
Ms. [VICTIM ] advised that one of her patients, Aveon Williams, exposed his peis to her before leaving his room. She explained that she went into his room for his routine vitals check. Ms. [VICTIM ] stated that he was making odd comments, pertaining to her and how he knows her name. She stated that when she was leaving the room she saw Aveon in the corner mastubating.
Ms. [VICTIM ] also advised that Aveon also made comments saying “I’m gonna try to have sex with one of the female patients, if not then ill try one of the staff members”.
Due to his medical conditions and the court order, officers did not detain him at this time. They were advised to call us back when release paperwork is completed.
They soon called us back out and Aveon Williams was taken into custody and transported to 100 Watson Blvd. He was turned over to booking for processing. Warrants will be completed as soon as possible.
