Discretion is advised.][NARRATIVE on February 22, 2025]On February 22, 2025, I Sgt. Ridley responded to the location of [100 BLOCK] Apple Tree court regarding a physical domestic in progress.Upon my arrival Habersham County, Baldwin Pd along with Officer Swinhart 218 were on scene with the parties separated. I spoke to the deputys and officers that were already on scene and was inform that the male and female (Flordialma, Marioo Francisco were under the influence of alcohol and did not give any information on what took place. I was also notified that a 14-year-old boy \also ran away from the house during the altercation.When trying to obtain information from Flordialma she stated it was just a verbal argument, and no physical was made. Marioo also stated that it was just an argument but (see linked files for bruises and scrapes).I observed the house that the family were staying in to have food and trash all over the rooms, the small children [JUVENILE ] and [JUVENILE ] had dippers that were full and were half clothed, there was black mold on the door frames and what looked like little food.Marioo was ed and placed under arrest and placed in handcuffs that were checked for correct fit and comfort before placing him in the rear of my patrol vehicle.Flordialma was ed and placed in handcuffs that were checked for correct fit and comfort before placing her in the rear of Officer Swineharts patrol vehicle.The 14-year-old child [WITNESS ] arrived back on scene and stated that his parents were hitting and fighting each other, and he tried to get in between them but wasnt able to stop it so he ran out of the house and called his grandma who lives in Florida to come to Cornelia to pick them up.On call Dfcts was notified of the incident and came out and removed the children for the weekend and was given the information for their investigation.Both parents were charged with the same crimes that include cruelty to children 3rd, disorderly household and battery fva.This incident is not the only one to have taken place at this residence involving the two parents. Juan provided me with a false name and date of birth while I was investigating a domestic incident involving him.[End of Narrative]. , I Sgt. Ridley responded to the location of [100 BLOCK] Apple Tree court regarding a physical domestic in progress.
