Discretion is advised.]On the 1st day of January 2026, I D/S Holcomb responded to the [300 BLOCK] Locke Rd Address emergency, with my lights and siren activated to a fight call.Upon my arrival I found the offender, Identified as Devon Gravitt on top of a male subject identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the floor of the residence. I observed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] attempting to remove Devon from [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Devon was wrapped around [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in an aggresive manner as if the was trying to hold him on the floor. Devon was bleeding from his nose. I removed Devon and placed him in handcuffs behind is back. Devon was walked to the roadway and checked out by ems where he refused treatment.Interviewing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] it was reveald that Devon was intoxicated and jumped onto [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and started a fight. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] attempted to seperate the two where he did strike Devon in the face. All parties denied relation or ever living with one another. All parties envolved refused to press charges of the others.Per Lt Wurtz I placed Devon under arrest for disorderly conduct. He was cuffed behind his back. Cuffs were checked for fit and double locked. He was seat belted into the rear seat of my patol vehicle and transported to the Sheriff’s office. He was turned over to detention staff without incident. The rear seat of my patrol vehicle was checked prior to and after transporting revealing no contraband. Devon was issued a citation for disorderly conduct. All parties involved were drinking and unable to complete witness statement forms.[End of Narrative].
