SAMANTHA said that [REDACTED] left with his brother [REDACTED] and has not returned . SAMANTHA said she was concerned about [REDACTED]’s safety since he never does this and said that she thinks Mr. [REDACTED] could hurt him. SAMANTHA said she tried to call [REDACTED] multiple, but he did not answer the phone.Deputy OCHOA also spoke [WITNESS ].
