SAMANTHA advised Deputy OCHOA that her boyfriend, [REDACTED] has not come and said he left last night at approximately 2200 hours from the Budget Inn. SAMANTHA said that [REDACTED] left with his brother [REDACTED] and has not returned . SAMANTHA said she was concerned about [REDACTED]’s safety since he never does this and said that she thinks Mr. [REDACTED] could hurt him. SAMANTHA said she tried to call [REDACTED] multiple, but he did not answer the phone.Deputy OCHOA also spoke [WITNESS ]. [WITNESS ] advised Deputy OCHOA that Mr. [REDACTED] had been gone for about three days and has not returned .Before Deputy OCHOA could place Mr. [REDACTED] onto GCIC/NCIC as missing, Sergeant R.C.GARCIA located Mr. [REDACTED] at his residence, 1442 U.S. Highway 41 N room #[REDACTED] (Budget INN).
