Discretion is advised.]On Monday, November 17, 2025, at approximately 0130 hours, DEPUTY M.D. RALSTON of the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division was dispatched to Advent Health Gordon, located at 1035 Red Bud Road, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia, in reference to an assault report.At 0019 hours the Calhoun Police Department arrived at Taco Bell and contacted Gordon 911 about an incident that occurred inside the county. The victim of the incident was transported from Taco Bell to Advent Health Gordon.Upon arrival to Emergency Room 825, DEPUTY RALSTON spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised that she and her domestic partner, KRISTYANE GREGORY, had gotten into a verbal altercation at her residence located at [100 BLOCK] Frix Lane, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia. [VICTIM #1] stated that the argument began around 0000 hours and was about her going out on a date with another man.[VICTIM #1] stated that GREGORY was yelling and cussing, so she left on foot. [VICTIM #1] stated that GREGORY began following her, attempting to get her to return home. [VICTIM #1] stated that GREGORY continued yelling and grabbed her arm, trying to pull her. [VICTIM #1] stated she broke free from his grip and began walking up a neighbor’s driveway to knock on the door for help.[VICTIM #1] stated that when she turned her back, GREGORY wrapped his arm around her neck from behind and began choking her. [VICTIM #1] stated she started screaming but then could not because GREGORY’s grip tightened until she passed out.[VICTIM #1] stated she regained consciousness inside GREGORY’S vehicle, a white 2011 Lexus, while they were driving past the Home2 Suites on Highway 53. [VICTIM #1] stated that she and GREGORY then pulled into the Taco Bell located at 481 Highway 53, Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia. She stated she attempted to get out of the vehicle, but GREGORY got on top of her and pulled the door closed.[VICTIM #1] stated they then drove around the parking lot behind Taco Bell. She stated she was able to get the door open when they pulled behind the Jefferson’s restaurant and ran back to Taco Bell, where she asked an employee to contact Gordon 911.Detective C. JONES arrived at Advent Health Gordon and the case was handed over.[End of Narrative].
