Upon making contact with CODY, Deputy WALKER observed CODY speaking very incoharently and constantly moving and pacing back and forth. Deputy WALKER detained and hand- cuffed CODY before placing CODY in Deputy WALKER’s patrol car. Deputy WALKER and Deputy G.B PHILLIPS approached the witness, [WITNESS #1], who was CODY’s Grandma and the resident at [600 BLOCK] McCreary Rd. [WITNESS #1] stated she did not call Emergency Services, but that CODY did walk around the property stating he was seeing individuals that were not there stating “I am going to kill you!” over and over. [WITNESS #1] stated that CODY has been doing better, but tonight CODY lost it.Deputy WALKER and Deputy PHILLIPS went across the street and spoke with [VICTIM #1] who lives at [600 BLOCK] McCreary Rd who stated she was the complainant and witnessed CODY walking in her yard screaming “I am going to kill you”. [VICTIM #1] stated that CODY’s actions made her fear for her life and fear CODY was going to hurt her.At approximately 2321 hours, Deputy WALKER went back to the patrol car and notified CODY he was under arrest and charged for Disorderly Conduct.
