She had last been seen by her family at 0015 on the morning of the above date at the above address.I spoke [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s brother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. He helped to translate for his parents. Mother [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Both parents do not speak English.[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised me that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was noticed not being at the house at 0900. The family had found that her bed arranged to give the appearance she was in her bed. The family noticed the window was also open.The only friend the family is aware of is another young girl that lives across the street. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised me that the friend had not been for a few days and was at her mothers .[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised the family was not aware of any other friends or a boyfriend.On my way to the call I was advised by dispatch that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had called the family from a blocked number. She had said she was eating and safe. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] verified the called had happened. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised the family did regularly eat at 5006 Altama Ave (Tocas Don Pancho).[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was able to provide me with a photo of [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
