The two boys are victims of the event. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised that a man later identified as Cedrick Adams had assaulted a group of children. Mr. [VICTIM #2] had suffered a scrape to his right knee that was bleeding, from when Mr. Adams pushed him to the ground.I spoke with a victim, [VICTIM #3], with permission from his mother, [REDACTED]. Mr. [VICTIM #3] advised the group of kids that they had been on the 1900 block of Wolfe St. Mr. [VICTIM #1] had been leaning on a car with the unknown owner’s permission. Mr. [VICTIM #3] advised that the kids had been joking around and talking smack to each other. Mr. [VICTIM #3] advised that Mr. Adams was upset by this and threw Mr. [VICTIM #1] to the ground.Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised that after being thrown from the car, Mr. Adams began to punch the group of kids. The kids started to fight back. During this altercation, all five juveniles were injured.I spoke with a victim, [VICTIM #4], with permission from his mother, [REDACTED]. Mr. [VICTIM #4] advised that he had been punched in the face and pushed to the ground by Mr. Adams during the event. Mr. [VICTIM #4] described Mr. Adams as having dreads, a chipped tooth, and being short. He also advised Mr. Adams to drive a white car.I could not ask [VICTIM #5] for details of the event because his mother, [REDACTED], had not been on scene to give permission. Mr. Adams exited his vehicle and complied with commands.Pfc. Saint Louis placed Mr. Adams in handcuffs and double-locked them, placing him under arrest. I conducted a of Mr. Adams’ person. No contraband was located on Mr. Adams. Mr. Adams was secured in the back seat of my pratol vehicle. The keys to Mr. Adams’ vehicle had been given to his father at Mr. Adams’ request.I transported Mr. Adams to the Glynn County Detention Center.
