Upon Arrival, I Officer Alamia made with Sgt Burnes who was out with a white male identified as James Garrett.Mr.Garrett had been observed by Sgt Burnes laying on the ground next to a church and public road with his pant zipper open exposing his genitalia.Garret stated he blacked out because of his sugar was bad and did not know his “britches come unzipped”.Garrett was placed under arrest for Public Indecency then handcuffed and transported to the Floyd County Jail without incident.Garrett was also discovered to have an active city warrant for failure to appear.[End of Narrative].
