GREENE COUNTY, Ga. – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has arrested Diane Jordan Foster, 60, of Greene County, on charges of Malice Murder and Exploitation and Intimidation of a Disabled Adult in connection with the death of her husband, Joe Marvin Foster, 64.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office sought the GBI’s assistance on February 13, 2025, following Joe Foster’s death. Authorities say Diane Foster reported finding her husband deceased at their Greensboro home on January 30, 2025. His body was sent for an autopsy, which revealed unexplained injuries. Investigators later determined Diane Foster was responsible.
She is currently being held at the Greene County Jail.
