FULTON COUNTY, Ga. – Atlanta native and former NBA star Dwight “Superman” Howard has put his 14-acre Rose Hill Estate in Suwanee on the market. The European-style mansion spans 32,000 square feet and features six full kitchens, 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and nine half-bathrooms. The estate is listed for $11.25 million.

Represented by Kelly Anderson of Engel & Völkers Atlanta, the home, located at 5200 Moore Road, was originally built in 2010 for $40 million. However, the original owner never moved in, and Howard purchased the property in 2016. The estate includes two gated entrances, a fourth-floor attic space, and high-end appliances and fixtures, including a remote-operated pantry.

The primary suite features two separate bathrooms and closets, two fireplaces, and access to a private covered balcony.

The estate offers extensive entertainment, fitness, and recreational amenities, including a private lake and dock, an outdoor heated saltwater pool with a pool house, a half-court basketball area, a game room, a gym, a steam shower, and a home theater. The home also includes multiple basements, each equipped with a full kitchen. Additionally, the massive garage can accommodate more than 10 vehicles.

“The property itself is so professionally maintained. It can appeal to so many different people,” Anderson stated.

Howard, who played for seven NBA teams—including the Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, Orlando Magic, Philadelphia 76ers, and Washington Wizards—attended Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy before declaring for the NBA Draft in 2004, where he was selected first overall by the Orlando Magic.
