I responded to [2800 BLOCK] GA-17 South in reference to an assault that already occurred at [2000 BLOCK] Central Ave.
I made with [VICTIM ], who advised that her daughter ([VICTIM ]) went to Jaheim Andrews residence due to it being their sons ([REDACTED]) birthday. [VICTIM ] stated she could tell that Jaheim was on drugs and smelled of an alcoholic beverage. [VICTIM ] advised not even an hour after [VICTIM ] left with Jaheim her other daughter ([VICTIM ]) was waking her up saying they needed to go get [VICTIM ] and [REDACTED] right now. [VICTIM ] advised that [VICTIM ] called screaming and panicking, begging them to come get her. [VICTIM ] stated as they were traveling down Central Ave they observed [VICTIM ] with [REDACTED] walking down the road being followed and beat by Jaheim. [VICTIM ] and [VICTIM ] stated when they pulled over to help [VICTIM ], Jaheim started attacking them. [VICTIM ] said Jaheim punched her in the side of the neck and punched [VICTIM ] in the mouth. [VICTIM ] advised when [VICTIM ] attempted to get in the vehicle Jaheim grabbed her by her hair and yanked her out of the vehicle. [VICTIM ] stated when they managed to get away from Jaheim they drove back to their residence due to being scared he went to get a weapon. I observed marks on [VICTIM ] neck that appeared to be from someone hitting her and I observed a bump on [VICTIM ]’s lip where she stated Jaheim punched her.
I made with [VICTIM ] who appeared frantic and scared. [VICTIM ] calmed down enough to advise that while she was at Jaheim’s residence Jaheim was acting strange and was slapping her like he was trying to play fight. [VICTIM ] stated that Jaheim went to pick up [REDACTED] but she would not let him due to being scared he would drop [REDACTED]. [VICTIM ] said Jaheim got mad and started punching her in the back of the head before choking her with his bare hands until she passed out. [VICTIM ] advised she was passed out for a couple minutes before coming to. [VICTIM ] said when she came to, she picked up [REDACTED] and left the residence. [VICTIM ] advised Jaheim started following them continuing to hit her before her mother and sister showed up. [VICTIM ] said when they showed up they tried getting in between her and Jaheim when Jaheim punched her sister in the mouth and mother in the neck. [VICTIM ] stated she tried to get in the vehicle but felt Jaheim grab her hair and pulled her back out of the vehicle causing her to fall and hit her head. [VICTIM ] advised while she was on the ground Jaheim started hitting her again before she was finally able to get away from him. [VICTIM ] advised they all loaded up in the car and left before Jaheim could come back with what she thought would be a gun. I observed bruising around [VICTIM ]’s neck that appeared to be from someone choking her and a black eye.
CID was ed and warrants were issued for Jaheim’s arrest. Witness statements were turned into the appropriate box. CRN was generated.
