Witness 3, an off-duty Sergeant with this agency, was traveling in his personal vehicle, south on Ga 21 in the left turn lane.Vehicle 1 attempted to turn left onto First Street Extension, entering the lane of travel for Vehicle 2. Driver of Vehicle 2 applied heavy braking, but was unable to avoid a collision with Vehicle 1. Driver of Vehicle 2 was ejected from the motorcycle and came to rest at the area of impact.
