Discretion is advised.]On April 14, 2024, at approximately 1523 hours, I responded to a indecent exposure call at the Dollar General located at 2190 Midway Road Douglasville, Georgia 30135.While en-route to the scene, Douglas County Dispatch advised me that the male had left the scene and was described as a light skinned black male around 5 foot 7 inches tall wearing a black shirt and gray sweatpants. Sergeant Reeves #345 and I checked the area of the store before our arrival on scene for the male. No was made with the male and I went to the Dollar General to make with the complainant.When I arrived at the store, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that while she was shopping in the store walking into the pet food aisle she saw the light skinned black male walking in front of her and that he seemed to be making a motion in the area of groin area. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she turned away and looked back at the male and he was facing her with his [REDACTED BY AGENCY] fully exposed to her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then called her husband inside the store and called 911. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that male seemed to be following around another female in the store from aisle to aisle.While speaking to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the other female identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] exited the store. I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who explained that she never saw the male’s private regions but that she did see the male’s hands in his pants. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did get a look at the male of which he description matched the description that had been given to 911. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she noticed the male seemed to be following her but she thought nothing of it as it being a grocery store things that like can happen as people are looking for the same items.I then went into the store and met with the employee on duty, [REDACTED], who allowed me to view the cameras. The cameras do not show the actual act of the indecent exposure as several of the cameras did not work. I was able to locate a male matching the description of the suspect leaving out of the front of the store at 1522 hours on the front exit camera. The male can be described as a slender light skin black male with short haircut and a goatee style beard. The male was wearing a black t shirt with a unrecognizable graphic, baggy gray sweatpants, and black sneakers. I was able to get a still photo of the male that has been added to the case file.
