Upon arrival was made with Timbrika Bankston who advised that she and her daughter, (juvenile; [REDACTED BY AGENCY]), were struck by the father of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]; Danarious Yates. Timbrika explained on Tuesday, (02/27/2025), [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was caught with pictures and videos in her phone of her private area and of her smoking Hookah.Timbrika stated that she called Danarious and told him she is done with their daughter and that she will be bringing their daughter to him, at [500 BLOCK] Swift St apartment [REDACTED]. Danarious resides here, with his sister, Camry Yates.Timbrika advised she dropped [REDACTED BY AGENCY] off and left the complex, Tuesday night.Timbrika explained that she received a call from [REDACTED BY AGENCY], asking for her to be picked up. Timbrika advised that she asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] why she would want to be picked up, to which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was struck by Camry and her father.Timbrika advised she left a lounge to come get her daughter in a blue Dodge Challenger and stated, yes she was upset and angry. Timbrika explained she called Danarious and told him she was coming to get their daughter. Timbrika looked to be under the influence of Alcohol at this time.Timbrika explained that she came to the residence and confronted Danarious and Camry. Timbrika stated yes she and Danarious started arguing. Timbrika stated that in the mist of the argument she was punched in the face with a closed fist.Timbrika advised that in this time frame [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was pushed to the ground as well due to attempting to defend her mother.Timbrika advised she and her daughter fled to her, (Timbrika’s), sister’s house, (Apt [REDACTED]). Timbrika advised this is when she called for EMS and the police. Timbrika advised she is scared for her daughter and herself.was made with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who advised that she was taken to her dad’s residence on Tuesday night, (02/27/2025) and before she entered the she was met at the door by her father who slapped her with the back of his right hand. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] explained that she ran up the stairs to the apartment to see the right side of her face swollen.[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that her father followed her up the stairs, yelling at her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that as she started to move down the stairs her father pushed her down the stairs. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she was limping as she walked and was met by her aunt; Camry who struck her hands with a metal broom.[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated yes this incident did occur Tuesday but she was scared to tell her mother, because Danarious and Camry, told her not to say anything to her mother, even taking her cell phone. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she did get her cellphone back.Small lacerations and bruising her found on both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Timbrika. The lacerations did cover the hands of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Pictures of these injuries were collected and will be submitted into evidence locker .was made with Camry and Danarious who advised that yes, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was brought over to the house, but could not confirm or deny if [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was struck. Danarious and Camry stated that Timbrika was supposed to bring [REDACTED BY AGENCY] clothes tonight but did not show up till around 0400 hours, “drunk.”Camry and Danarious advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was just dropped off, with no further instruction. Camry and Danarious advised that Timbrika came to their and attempted to fight Danarious. Danarious advised that Timbrika lost her balance while attempting to fight him and ends up falling to the ground. Danarious stated this is when Timbrika’s lip bust. Danarious advised he never put his hands on Timbrika.Camry explained that she did not see the initial incident but was woken up out of her sleep by Timbrika who came upstairs and grabbed a iron, (used for ironing clothing). Camry advised Timbrika was extremely loud and irate so she, (Camry), came down stairs to confront Timbrika. Camry advised that Timbrika even said she would kill Danarious and get people to air out her, (Camry’s), apartment. Timbrika did deny these allegations.Camry advised, Timbrika was the one attempting to fight Danarious, but did not speak on the incident that occurred Tuesday night. There were no independent witnesses to either incident at this time.Camry and Danarious were both placed into double-locked handcuffs that were check for proper fit. Both parties were ed incident to arrest which resulted negative for weapons and contraband. Camry and Danarious were placed into the patrol vehicle of Ptl. Rivers.Warrants will be sought for Cruelty to Children in the 2nd Degree, (25-002563-01 APD, 25-002563-02 APD), due to the injuries sustained to [REDACTED BY AGENCY].Camry and Danarious were escorted to the Dougherty County Jail and turned over to the jail at this time. Ptl. Rivers’ duty weapon was secured before entry into the jail. The backseat of the patrol vehicle of Ptl. Rivers was checked before and after the arrest of Camry and Danarious.No parties involved wanted to write statements inference to these incidents.
